International Business Center Latinoamérica S.A.S. was founded on April 21, 2017 as a Simplified Joint-Stock Company (S.A.S.) and a service-export outsourcing partner of the Spanish company TITANES. We deliver nearshore outsourcing services to international markets through cross-border service exports, with bilingual and trilingual professionals operating from our hubs in Colombia.

We operate nationally with teams in Barrancabermeja, Bogotá, Soacha, Medellín, Cartagena and Barranquilla — Colombia. Our hybrid and remote model allows us to align with Spanish, EU and U.S. business hours.
Our journey started with our first partnerships in Europe, and from our hubs in Latin America we now serve companies across Europe and the U.S. in Technology, Customer Service, Engineering, Environmental, Quality and EHS — delivering measurable results, fast. Every engagement is built around your time zone, your workflow and your culture. Founded as a TITANES outsourcing partner
IBCL S.A.S. is established on April 21, 2017 as a Simplified Joint-Stock Company and outsourcing arm of the Spanish company TITANES, starting in customer service and incident management.
2022
Process & data management
We extend our practice into business process and data management for international clients.
2023
Italian-bilingual support & travel
We launch bilingual Italian customer service and incident management, and start a dedicated travel management line.
2024
IT & Help Desk
We add IT and help desk services to our portfolio for international operations.
2025
Foreign exchange & legal
We open foreign-exchange and legal management lines to broaden our outsourcing offer.

Developers, automation & AI
